The
Corporate Consultation Unit (*)
The consultation undertaken and commissioned by the Corporate
Consultation Unit (CCU) in Southwark is defined as: the sampling
of opinion (i.e. resident, staff, voluntary groups, etc.)
using qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Consultation
ensures that the opinions and concerns of Southwark citizens
who do not attend Council meetings or participate in community
involvement activities are heard by the Council.
Jaribu
completed an Intranet Report Library, to benefit the organisation
from sharing the value of the Consultation Reports across
departments. The Report Library is fully searchable and its
design facilitates the release of new documents and system
maintenance by non-technical staff.
