Faraday Community Housing Limited is an organisation established by Horizon with resident representatives of Southwark Council to take the transfer of the properties on the Aylesbury Estate if secure tenants vote in favour of the transfer. Being the third largest housing estate in Europe, the Aylesbury is home for 10,000 people.

Our brief was to deliver platforms to assist with data collection and data analysis of Community Surveys to assess the tenants' housing needs and their views on the proposal.
